    4.Education qualification certificate.
    5.Additional Qualification Certificates - Computer diploma, Skill training etc.
    6.Work Experience certificate, if any.
    7.Caste Certificate.
    8.3 copies of Self-attested recent Passport size photographs.
    9.Persons with Disability Certificate from competent authority, if applicable.

    1.Visit nearest Employment Exchange office.
    2.Apply in prescribed form.
